Rapti Academy of Health Sciences (RAHS) is an autonomous institution committed to excellence in medical, education and research. The legislature-parliament unanimously endorsed the “Rapti Health Science Academy Bill 2074” on 10th October 2017. Following the government’s decision to open one state-owned medical college in each province, the bill was passed with the aim of promoting Rapti Sub-regional Hospital into RAHS in Lumbini province.

Program Structure:

1. Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNS) has been structured for three academic years
2. BNS program first batch was started on 2023 June 15. Total number of students is 16. out of 16, 14 students are scholarship and two are paying.
3. BNS program Second batch was started on 2024 Feb.11. Total number of students are 14.Out of 14, 13 students are scholarship and 1 is paying.
