The primary hub for Ghorahi Metropolitan City's cooperation with the National Tuberculosis Program, which includes the Municipality of Ghorahi and the District Health Office, Dang, is the DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment Short-Course) clinic at Rapti Academy of Health Sciences. This collaboration aims to diagnose, treat, and manage complications associated with tuberculosis while also serving as a training and supervisory ground for other DOTS sub-centers in Ghorahi Metropolitan City. In order to guarantee efficient coordination and high-quality care, regular review meetings are held between the main center, sub-centers, District Health Office (DHO), and Ghorahi Municipality.
